IN MEMORIAM
It is with profound sadness that the firm announces the tragic and untimely passing of our friend, Rebecca Larson, Esq. Rebecca was a highly accomplished trial lawyer who enjoyed considerable successes both in and out of the courtroom. She began her career as a law clerk for Federal District Court Judge, Norman C. Roettger, Jr., after which she spent the majority of her practice with famed trial lawyer, Robert Montgomery, Jr., ultimately becoming his partner.
In 2008 she joined BJO&L where she quickly established herself as a tireless and skilled advocate for whom no case was too big or too small. She was universally liked and respected by her peers, whether colleagues or adversaries. More important than her accomplishments as a lawyer, however, Rebecca was a truly kind, loving, generous and happy person, always willing to put the needs of others above her own. She was a treasured member of our firm and she will be greatly missed. BJO&L has established the Rebecca Larson Memorial Trust in her memory. The proceeds from all donations will be utilized for the benefit of Rebecca's nine year old son, Robert Lee Angel (Bobby), who was the light of her life. Thank you Rebecca and God bless.
