Four BJOL lawyers named Florida Super Lawyer

July 10, 2009 - Four lawyers at West Palm Beach plaintiff's trial law firm Babbitt, Johnson, Osborne & Le Clainche, P.A., have been selected by their peers as among the top lawyers in the state by Florida Super Lawyers magazine.

Name partners Theodore Babbitt and Joseph Johnson and member Rebecca Larson were among the less than 5 percent of lawyers in the state selected through ballots sent to lawyers throughout Florida. Name Partner Stephan Le Clainche was listed in the "Star Search" category for notable achievement.

Mr. Babbitt was among top lawyers listed in the category Personal Injury Plaintiff: Products Liability and Medical Malpractice. Mr.

Johnson was listed in the category of Personal Injury Plaintiff:

Medical Malpractice. Both Ted Babbitt and Joe Johnson, who live in Jupiter, are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.

Ms. Larson, who was named in the category, "Personal Injury Plaintiff, General," joined the firm in 2008 as a member from Montgomery & Larson, P.A., after two decades of practice with the legendary Palm Beach trial lawyer Robert Montgomery, where she helped obtain numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. She is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Board of Trial Advocates. She lives in Singer Island.

Mr. Le Clainche, a name partner, was listed in the "Star Search"

category for General Litigation. He is among the 2 percent of lawyers in Florida Board Certified in Trial Law. He lives in Jupiter.
